Park Hyatt Sydney is an exceptional hotel in one of the best locations for visitors to Sydney. Situated right on the harbour, it offers breathtaking views and easy access to many of the city’s most iconic attractions. The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely friendly throughout our stay, always willing to assist with a smile. The hotel also offers several excellent dining options, providing guests with plenty of choice without having to leave the property. The rooms and public areas were beautifully maintained, creating a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere. While the gym is relatively small, it is thoughtfully equipped with almost every piece of equipment needed for a complete workout. More importantly, it is exceptionally clean, well maintained, and a pleasure to use. The combination of a spectacular location, stunning views, outstanding service, and excellent facilities makes Park Hyatt Sydney one of the finest places to stay in the city. Highly recommended for both local staycations and international visitors looking for a memorable Sydney experience.
Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough! This place honestly ticked every box we had. They were super accommodating for our family of four, upgraded our rooms to ones with a better view because they had it available! Food was absolutely outstanding and every single need we had was taken care of. Rooftop poolside service was unexpectedly speedy! They offered complimentary slushies! Perfect location and walking distance to anywhere in Sydney harbor location. Staff were absolutely excellent.
I stayed the weekend with my family for my daughter's make a wish, wish. Her dream is to live in a constantly happy and bright world where everyone is happy it's birthdays and Christmas everyday. So vivid was perfect for her. The rain was a little dampener over the 3day stay. Yet the very dedicated teams from Valleys to front desk and all the way through the hotel. Helped us relax and forget about the weather. So much that I cancelled commitments at home so we could stay longer unfortunately I could only manage an day extra away. Every member of the staff and management take pride in their role and the name they work under. This shines through from all of them. Anyone that gets the opportunity to stay on Sydney Harbour. Stay at the Park Hyatt. What a place and what a view. Sitting right at the base of the bridge. Stuck between the Opera house and Circular Quay and the bridge could not be a better way to see the famous Harbour than being apart of it.
We booked 2 adjoining rooms with a travel agent and the agent totally messed up and didn't confirm so we showed up after 28 hours in transit to discover that the rooms were on opposite ends of the hotel. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful to help us figure out our room situation while giving us the view of the harbor and opera house we originally asked for. The manager Clara went above and beyond to help us, check in with us, and make sure we were happy with the change. I can't say enough about the staff, the view, the amenities, and the location. Highly recommend!
Absolutely amazing . The staff were so helpful with a walk in booking last minute , the room was amazing with views of the Opera house a complimentary bottle of wine for our 25th wedding anniversary. The rooms were well kept with all amenities topped up . Great breakfast with a view. On departure the concierge organised a private limo transfer to the airport. Would definitely recommend this hotel to visitors to Sydney. Thankyou to all the amazing staff
