Beautiful hotel with a rooftop pool. Breakfast options and atmosphere was great. Rooms are designed well with high ceilings and I loved spending time at the balcony. Good location even accessible to the public transportaion. Since my husband mentioned my birthday is during our stay, they arranged the bed and placed a chotolate cake with a note tjat was a nice touch. Big clean gym with complimentary fruits inside. We'd like to stay again when we visit Singapore!

No idea what's wrong with their "auto" air con. I woke up 3 times during the night just because of heat when the Aircon shuts off automatically. It was just acting weird in the day too. My staycation became wakecation, it was supposed to be a good night rest - Aircon fully chilling the room to 18 degrees in hotel like this. My room was fluctuating from 23- 28 degrees throughout my stay. Breakfast was alacarte buffet when U pay the full price, which I did. But the spread of food on the menu was just quite normal. You would expect a great spread for the price you paid for. The location was pretty out of the way too. 10mins walk to Ion orchard. Don't think I will ever be back ever. Thanks for the great wakecation, Artyzen. If it's all about sustainability and keep your guest warm, I think you have achieved it.

We stayed at the Artyzen Singapore as a stopover on our way to Bali from Thailand. Upon arrival, we were greeted and provided general information about the property, including the pool, rooftop bar and restaurant. Staff were pleasant and the rooms are beautiful. Since the staff had such a rave review of the pool - we went to the roof after dropping off our bags to find a pool with a severe algae issue. It doesn’t appear that maintenance takes their job very seriously, especially for a 5* hotel. Additionally, all of the patio furniture was pushed to the edge of the bar - as if they were closed. The bar seemed understaffed - with a single employee running around to ensure everyone had their drinks. Despite a kitchen being adjacent to the rooftop bar - they bring any order food from a kitchen on the 1st floor. I relayed the pool issues to the front desk staff. Later we went to the rooftop to enjoy happy hour to find the pool areas scrubbed but a dark green tint to the entire pool water with children swimming. After enjoying happy hour, we returned to our room to complete a couple business calls and ordered a bottle of Prosecco via their portal - only to receive a call from the food service department that they didn’t have any Prosecco. Other things are off about this hotel - that imply management is not doing their job or quite frankly - bigger issues are present. Does the Artyzen Singapore have financial woes ahead? My observations indicated so. Overall, the property has a lot of potential - but definitely missed the mark during our stay.

I got two rooms for my family for 5 nights. The rooms were really nice. Everything seemed new and fresh. Dyson hair dryer. Attentive housekeepers. Although I was told by my parents the pool was extremely small and the water looked dirty so they decided not to use it. They told me the pool at my clubhouse looked much better. 😅 It was a disappointment bc the pool looked nice on the promotional video and it was a key factor that I picked this hotel. Also there’s no small water for guests to take out for the day. I was a little shocked by it bc usually it’s done by high-end hotels. There’s a construction site next to the hotel which made it extremely noisy and even further to walk to the hotel. I was told they had good breakfast selection although the menu stayed the same every day.

Stay here while my flight got cancel due to the snow storm in NYC. Big thanks to the receptionist Mr.Yang and Jasmine at the restaurant. The hotel staff addressed the matter immediately and delivered very good service. They were responsive, professional, and ensured the issue was resolved quickly, which made the stay more comfortable and stress-free.
