I recently spent a few delightful hours at citizenM Tower of London, and the experience was effortlessly impressive. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The aesthetics are beautifully curated, modern, stylish, and thoughtfully designed without feeling cold or corporate. Every detail, from the lighting to the décor, created an atmosphere that felt both sophisticated and relaxed. It’s rare to find a space that balances efficiency with personality so seamlessly. Add wonderful company to the mix, and it truly became a memorable experience. I’ll absolutely be returning.

Stayed here recently and it is a great little hotel. The views over Tower Bridge are fantastic, being literally right in front of it. I had booked an accessible room and it was great. A really good size, the wet room was brilliant, and everything being lower really helped too. We did have to call down for extra pillows, as there wasn't any spare under the bed like there should be, but otherwise it was great. The only things I wish CitizenM would change, is more plug sockets in the room, or make it clear what is available, as my partner and I were finding over the one UK mains plug available. And I wish you could lower the room temp to understand 18°. It the heatwave it was hard to notice the air con was on, and we really struggled to sleep as we were just too warm.

I stayed here when taking part in the London Marathon and returned 4 weeks later because the hotel is so lovely. The first time I stayed the room had amazing views of the Shard and the second time had internal views, both stays the service was excellent with the room being clean and of a high standard. Would highly recommend as the location is perfect and lovely for an evening stroll with brilliant tube links as Tower Hill station is right next door.

My first stay at this hotel and citizenM and I'm impressed. Great location opposite the Tower of London and, when I checked in, I was able to choose a room overlooking it. I arrived at noon and the check-in machines showed check-in after 2pm but, Roberta was in the lobby area and she overrode the prompt and I was able to check-in. After an overnight transatlantic flight, that is much appreciated. The room is bright and clean and is ideal for me for the night. I'd brought some food and the room has a small fridge. I can grab some Zzzs now, meet my friends this evening in the City and be home as soon as my jet lag kicks in again. The lobby is lively with people working, a cafe, coffee area, Roberta told me that there's a free water dispenser too. I'm expecting breakfast in the morning and will then head onward. But, if first impressions last, I'll definitely be back.

Recommended by a friend and really can't fault anything about this great hotel overlooking the "Tower of London ". The Hotel is spotless, well presented and Staff are exceptional. There was nothing we could find fault with and enjoyed our stay immensely. Try to book a Premier room with views over the Tower well worth it. Rooms are modern and very clean, beds comfy and wide and facilities are great. Enjoy!! We did.
